The second online coordination meeting of the Youth Empowerment Hub: Digital, Inclusive & Engaged (YOUth HUB) project consortium has taken place, focusing on preparations for the upcoming in-person kick-off meeting in Warsaw, scheduled for 20–23 January.
The meeting was chaired by project coordinator Wolfgang Ressmann, who confirmed that all key consortium meetings will be recorded and stored in the shared Google Drive to ensure proper documentation and reporting. Project Manager Yevhen Tsymbalenko underlined the importance of establishing a steering committee and finalising the project’s visual identity as essential steps for effective project governance.
Dissemination and communication were key topics of the discussion. A representative of Universal z.s. reported on the ongoing development of the project’s dissemination strategy and several logo options, which are planned to be presented and approved during the Warsaw meeting. Consortium partners also emphasised the need to strengthen the project’s visibility through their organisational websites and social media channels, alongside the preparation of a joint press release.
The session also addressed organisational and logistical arrangements for the kick-off meeting. Partners reviewed travel dates, transportation options from Warsaw Chopin Airport, accommodation recommendations, and the overall structure of the meeting agenda. Particular emphasis was placed on timely coordination to ensure the most effective use of the in-person working sessions.
In addition, partners agreed to share information about their previous projects and good practices in order to foster mutual understanding, networking, and stronger collaboration within the consortium. All programme drafts and project-related materials will be shared via Google services in line with Erasmus+ National Agency reporting requirements.
The meeting was held in a constructive and collegial atmosphere, with participants expressing strong motivation for joint work and positive expectations for the upcoming gathering in Poland, which will mark the official start of the active implementation phase of the YOUth HUB project.
